Hotels: Hotel discounts are available through Oregon Prep Basketball and Idaho Prep Basketball.
All Idaho teams must stay in our hotels or there will be a $50 fee. We are able to get hotel rates at a discount when we order a block of rooms. Oregon Prep does not get any kickback monies from any of the hotels. We do get comp rooms for outside officials brought in.

Application can be found to the left of your screen under "Application": Registration must be received by Monday's mail the week of the tournament, Teams calling on Monday or Tuesday to register late will have to pay a late fee to enroll. Tournaments fill up quickly so register early.

Awards: Medals, t-shirts or trophies vary with each tournament.
Refunds: No refunds will be given unless notified 7 days before start of tournament.
Weather Cancellations: If weather stops or cancels a tournament, teams will get to select another tournament.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Bracketing: Teams from outside Portland metro area will be given late games on Saturday. Games will be bracketed or pool play. Teams generally will play 2 games on Saturday and 2 games on Sunday. Once in a while, you could play 3 games on Saturday with 1 game on Sunday, but not often.
Conflicts:

If teams have a conflict on Saturday we can work around it, there is a $10.00 fee that must be included with your application. If you call after your application is sent in, the fee is $15.00 and must be received by Friday’s mail. If you pay at the tournament site, the fee is $25.00.

Teams signing up for multiple tournament packages can get 1 free conflict for every 3 tournaments you sign up for, or 2 with every 5 tournaments you sign up for.

Scorekeepers: Oregon Prep will provide scorekeepers for the book and clock but these are players from the school we are using. These players are doing this as a fund raiser so we recommend that you have your scorebook person sit at the score table to help prevent mistakes. If problem occurs, tell scorekeeper to buzz the referees.
